Brake roller repairs.

We also re-grit brake rollers.We can do this on site, but prefer to do the repairs at our workshop. This way we don't disrupt your workforce and noise is kept at a minimum at your workshop.

Our work is guaranteed, 6 months on class 7 and one year on all others.

Process:

Remove rollers.

Strip existing grit

Roller ground to bare metal.

Roller cleaned to ensure no oil or grease is present on roller.

Adhesive applied.

Grit applied to adhesive.

Left to cure. Normally 12 - 24 hours.

End bearings cleaned and greased before re-fitting of rollers.
